The office will be located in Takoradi.

Job Summary:

The successful candidates will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the company. This role requires a deep understanding of our products and services, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy & Execution:

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets in the assigned region (Takoradi).
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across all industries in the region.

2. Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

3. Market Analysis & Intelligence:

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas of growth.
Provide feedback to your line manager on market conditions, customer needs, and product development opportunities.

4. Sales Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports for review by line manager.

5. Collaboration and Teamwork:

Work closely with the procurement, logistics and other essential teams to understand product specifications and provide accurate information to clients.
Collaborate with other sales team members to share knowledge and strategies for success.

6. Product Knowledge & Training:

Stay updated on the latest products, services, and technologies offered by the company.
Attend training sessions and workshops as required to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
