Insight HR Solutions is mandated by one of its clients in the telecommunication industry to recruit a Third-Party Sales Agent for immediate employment. The role supports operations within Accra and Kumasi.

Job Description:
Support in prospecting, acquiring, and growing the customer base in a specific area. This role will be responsible for revenue growth for SME and SME Micro Segment across the Nation.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
• Execution of daily, weekly, monthly sales plan to grow SME MSME customer accounts
• Contribute towards the achievement of the SME Indirect and Direct Sales market share targets for the year in the assigned portfolio.
• Implement strategies to acquire SME clients in the allotted territory.
• Selling of end-to-end mobile voice, mobile data, ICT services, VAS, bundles or any other solutions, products and services that may be introduced from time to time.
• Effective journey plans to optimize time and use of company’s resources.
